Shivkumar SS has been a practitioner of Yoga since the age of 7, blending tradition with scientific understanding. With an MSc in Yogic Sciences and Human Consciousness, he bridges ancient practices with contemporary relevance. A certified panel referee and a teacher with over 22 years of experience, he leads classes in Surya Namaskara, Asanas, Pranayama, and more, helping students achieve balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Dr. Chetan
Mudgar Yoga
Dr. Chetan’s love for Mudgar Yoga blossomed during his studies in Kashi. With over 12 years of devoted practice, he combines ancient wisdom with modern science, backed by research published in Nature Scientific Reports. His sessions focus on building strength, grace, and inner peace, offering students a transformative journey into this rare art form.
Sahana K R
Carnatic Vocals
With a journey that began at the age of six, Sahana K R has grown into a respected Carnatic vocalist. Under the guidance of renowned mentors, she has honed her craft, achieving a Senior Grade in music and performing on prestigious stages like Sharada Sangeeta Sabha and Kaivara Temple. Her mission is to preserve the rich tradition of Carnatic music while inspiring the next generation.

Yashaswini, a gold medalist from Bangalore University, is a versatile dancer and choreographer excelling in both Bharatanatyam and Kathak.
